Si svolge a ridosso dell'avancorpo roccioso a sud della Pietra Grande ed è considerato fra i percorsi attrezzati più facili delle Dolomiti di Brenta, palestra per affrontare la più impegnativa Via delle Bocchette. La facilità di accesso dal Passo del Grosté, dove arriva la telecabina da Passo Campo Carlo Magno, ne fa uno degli itinerari più frequentati. Particolarmente interessante anche per la vista che vi si gode e gli aspetti botanici e geologici. Venne realizzata nel 1969 dalle guide alpine "Natale e Raffaele Vidi" per dedicarla al padre, anch'egli guida alpina. Dal Passo del Grosté, al bivio con gli itinerari 301, 305 e 306, si prende il sentiero che si alza, inizialmente sulla costa erbosa, lungo la fiancata orientale della Pietra Grande. Superato un ripido canale si percorre con attenzione una cengia piana che, aggirato uno spigolo, si affaccia con splendida veduta sull'alta Val Flavóna e sulle cime Santa Maria e sul Monte Fibion. Al suo termine si volta a sx rimontando fino sulla aerea cresta dove si incontrano le prime attrezzature con un breve ponticello. Il tracciato è fra i più panoramici con le curiose formazioni dei Grostédi in primo piano e un ampio orizzonte che va dalla Presanella e l'Adamello a ponente, le cime Grosté, Falkner, Brenta a mezzogiorno, il sottogruppo della Campa e molti monti del Trentino orientale a mattina. Superata una fenditura e la soprastante facile paretina si raggiunge il punto più alto della via, sulla cresta S della Pietra Grande; si passa quindi sul versante occidentale seguendo una larga cengia detritica che contorna, a monte di una caratteristica fascia rocciosa stratificata, il grande catino dell'Orto della Regina verso il quale confluiscono i lunghi ghiaioni ai piedi delle rocce. A metà traverso la cengia è interrotta da alcuni canali che è necessario aggirare da sopra aiutati da funi e scalette. Ripreso il più facile cammino si arriva su un promontorio erboso dove la vista si apre anche sul gruppo del Cevedale; in breve si cala nella piccola conca dell'Orto all'incrocio col sentiero 336 che, verso sx e con largo giro, scende (tratto leggermente esposto) al verde ripiano dell'Orto della Regina e quindi al Rifugio Grostè "Giorgio Graffer".
