mtb Serious unavoidable ruts with chunky rocks and roots. Some overgrown areas with poison oak reaching out. Several wet and marshy crossings. Southern half flatter and more pleasant though with some mucky spots. Variableview

trailrun Lots of muddy sections , and people are going wider and wider to avoid the mud causing damage to the area. Be prepared to get muddy and embrace it ! Prevalent Mudview

mtb Ice, mud, loong puddles, mixed with packed in wet dirt. Good luck crossing Knickerbocker Creek without getting your feet wet. Water level kind of high at the southern end. I started counter-clockwise from the fire station and had to turn around Knickerbocker Creek Variableview

mtb Dry, but not too bad. For those of you who have never ridden this trail, it has a lot of climbing. If you have legs of steel and a cantaloupe size heart, or a full power e-bike (No SL's here), or like to go on hikes while pushing your bike up hill, this is the trail for you! The first half isn't bad, but once you cross Knickerbocker creek, your in for a climb fest. I like a steady climb or a challenging technical climb, but this is too much. There is one section that is like climbing a rocky river bed, fun for a bit, but this one's really long. Also, just when you think you're done climbing, there are a few more climbs after that. I generally never complain, but this one was a little much on the multiple climbs. If you like this stuff or one of the above apply to you, good on you. Love the ride. Dryview

mtb The north half of the loop is fairly dry with mud in some of the dips, not too difficult to go around on the grass. The south half is about 50% dry and 50% swamp. Would suggest looping the north half until summer comes along -- various different single-track trails bisect the main loop trail. Variableview

mtb Lots of horse shit on the trial. Also I would recommend wearing pants for the trail. Alot of over growth of spiky plants onto the trail. Other then that fun trail with a great view. Dryview
