 Large homeless tent village camped directly on the far west side of the trail. You can bypass on the small unnamed paved road just north of it....

      Unkept trail, tried to ride it but its not really accessible

      Beware- We were chased by several loose aggressive dogs today going through the homeless camp just east of Bluff Springs Rd. I'll probably try to bypass this section via Chateau Village next time

      The homeless can park on the entrance on Bluff Springs road where they can just drive right in. That was the only time I had to go through a camp. I just blasted through at full speed (West to East). If you were climbing back East to West you would be slower. If someone hit you, you should have called it in. It's too bad Austin can't enforce the law about camping on public land. I also think the comment about narrow soft pack was for the preceding Boggy Down trail. That is a full bench cut and while not perfect, has the potential to be great. Reminded me of Bentonville.
