While expert skills aren’t required to make it down this trail, it certainly does make it more fun. I really enjoyed this trail, it is quite steep, with lots of roots and rocks. There are a lot of lines to choose. I found the natural rock drop to be fun contrary to what Matthew says. I would say it rides the line between a blue and a black. If you are a beginner or intermediate rider you may not like it so much, but I personally had a blast, even on a 140mm trail bike.

Hmm not my favorite 
decent descent if you were just trail riding. The natural rock drop does look cool until you see the hellishly rocky landing - PASS. The rest of it is basically a rooty rocky rut line. Kept thinking “why did I pay to ride this trail…” guess it’s good if your condo is at the far end of town otherwise skip it.
