Rock garden at the end is extremely difficult, best just walked. Rest of the trail is straightforward, the large ladder drop after which it's been named was removed due to rot. Trail rebuilt after forestry work in June 2021.

This trail is unsanctioned.

Disclaimer

Not to be confused with the official trails! This is an unsanctioned DH trail and is considerably more challenging than the black trail centre loop, even when dry.
