mtb development strikes again the top of the trail is gone thanks to the adjacent lot being cleared *even more*, and it's shorter than it used to be thanks to all of the Mid Mountain re-routes (for more development) as well. it's running fine once you can find it, but what a bummer Variableview

mtb Few down trees & tiny bit of snow. Streams are low enough to cross, but if you carry speed for rollers expect wet shoes. Trail head is lower left of construction zone. Variableview

mtb RIP payroll - big money wins again. At least DV also got rid of pointy rocks, sure could use some more cyn city/ holy roller type trails though. Variableview
