As an uphill, it has some spicy climb sections. The trail is rated black diamond for climb difficulty. As a DH it’s a nice long descent all the way down the Pfeifter Canyon sections. The jeep road to the west for getting to the top is a hard climb; probably better to climb Pfeifter Canyon and just go back down. You can use this to get to moto trails above Jakarta.

Technically this is a dark blue, but it doesn't get a lot of traffic, and is quite narrow, making the climb a solid black. It's just a tightrope 10" wide bench cut for a lot of the way, difficult to focus and stay on that for the 15min climb. Views up top are unreal though, of the basin to the West (near Fairfield)
