mtb Definitely overgrown, a fun trail but too much incursion from branches and growth into the trail for it to have real flow anymore. Will need some upkeep. Variableview

mtb Needs to be better marked and more traffic. Extremely overgrown at the top end. Almost pointless in riding it right now. Variableview

mtb Lots of wet mucky spots. Very hard to follow in places due to lack of traffic. Needs a weedwhacker and hoe to make it more clear where to go. I managed to stick with until the south end where I lost the trail but found it again. Variableview

mtb Now that it's seen some traffic, it's getting easier to follow. The North end is a bit of mess through the field. Overall, a fun new trail. Freeze/thaw Cycleview

mtb Southern portion of Chasing Rabbits is fine to the Pine Pass but this new trail Pine Loop is trashed. From the main trail you can ride it for a few minutes but then you encounter a significant tree and brush blocking it. Beyond this it doesn’t appear the trail is visible. I made my away around but couldn’t see the continuation so I turned around. It’s not a trail. Dryview

mtb Southern portion of the trail is unfindable. Northern portion had a large tree down. Once I picked my away around the tree it was very overgrown so I turned around. Variableview
