mtb Dry, minus tacky mud section on the east, northeast side (just before the climb to the lookout point/bench going CCW, or at the bottom of the descent going CW). As is normal for this time of year, there's loose sand building up in some of the turns and can catch unsuspecting riders out. Dryview

mtb Trail is back open. Some washed out ruts, downed trees, but everything is marked. Excessive soft sand all throughout trail. Should still be rated a green trail Dryview

ebike Some minor muddy spots in the low areas. Also a couple of the steeper incline/decline sections have channels/pot holes likely from recent rains. Looks like they might worsen with forecasted rains. Soft sand in some corners. Variableview
