La Poule-à-ski est le premier sentier « simple trace » des Sentiers du Moulin. Ce sentier de niveau difficile de 3 km a été aménagé en 2006 et 2007 entièrement à la main par des bénévoles. Ce sentier "old school" n'est pas pour les débutants puisqu'il comprend plusieurs virages serrés et beaucoup de surprises. En 2019, le sentier Chouette de 0.5 km a été fusionné à Poule-à-ski. Le sentier débute maintenant dans le début de Raph et se termine dans la fin de Raph.
