Prestone trail is classic old school mountain bike trail. Constructed by the Adirondack Velo Club, Prestone has it share of roots and rocks. There are some mild off-camber sections. While the climbs are not long they are challenging for the intermediate rider. The trail surface has more clay than over on the Peck Forest trails and is noticeably more slick after wet weather.
