Raging Ridge Trail is the official trail name of this new two way trail. Riders who are climbing have priority. *Those descending must stop and move to the side*. Raging River is a multi-use trail for Mountain Bikers & Hikers only. NO HORSES! NO DIRT BIKES!
Eventually the initial climb up will be one way with a newer trail built for the downhill. Right now it means a bit of fire road at the start and end. You can park either on the road or in the park. In the park a Discover Pass is required. After the initial fire road climb...which is steep, you'll hit singletrack and keep climbing for a long while and then get to a clear cut with a fun whoops ride. You then climb back up and head into the woods for the main descent which is pretty technical with roots, rocks and drops. When you see the trail split, stay to the left on the more ridden section to ride the main loop or go right for a more advanced way down. After you get to the bottom, head over the little bridge and past the gravel to the climbing trail which is steeper than any of the initial stuff...or so it seems since you'll be tired by the time you get there. Climb all the way up and you'll come to the singletrack you climbed up on. Go left and have a kill time flowing down to the cars.
Access Info
