Rat Splat is a section of the Trans Canada Trail near the Yukon University. It's a double track trail that can be ridden in both directions. Be prepared for some climbing when riding the trail from either direction. From the university the trail descends to a bridge that crosses McIntyre Creek ending at the paved bike path that connects Takhini Subdivison and Porter Creek Subdivision.
The east end of the trail starts on Range Road just passed the Whitehorse Correctional Centre. Range Road is wide enough to park vehicles along the side of the road. The west end of the trail starts along the paved bike path that connects Takhini Subdivision and Porter Creek Subdivision.
Service Road Atlas is a free to use, community-driven service for viewing and creating reports on the numerous back-country service roads around B.C. and Alberta.
