mtb There are numerous downed trees. Especially problematic in patches, so you may ride for a while with nothing, and then hit a patch with 6 trees down in a short span. Unknownview

mtb Snow pack is mostly gone. 95% clear. Some patches of ice on trail, easily ridden around. Crossing the fire guard road is mostly ice. Good condition. Trail in older jack pine forested sections has more ice, areas of red pine plantation are almost totally clear. Variableview

mtb Recent heavy rain has left the trail in excellent shape. Soft sandy spots are pretty firm - for now. Prolonged dry weather will change that. Idealview

mtb Sandy sections have softened/worsened since snow melt as traffic on trail increases. Best to go after a hard rain, as this packs soft spots for a few days. Dryview
