This is a nice moderately challenging loop trail . Following a strenuous climb to the summit, riders are rewarded with a breathtaking view of Frost, WV. After taking in the scenery, they should brace themselves for a steep descent along a narrow ridgeline singletrack. The trail eases into a gentle ride with several creek crossings towards the bottom.
