Ridgerunner flows though hills surrounding Hersey Lake. Trail features some flowy, old school XC style singletrack. Links to JVC via Hersey Hill and is usually ridden south to north, headed from the Fisher Lake Trail and YYZ .

Trail crosses Hawk Ridge 2/3 of the way through. Look for the continuation on the north, downslope side of Hawk Ridge.
