Hiking trail connecting the Gibjeriweg with the old Simplon pass road. The route passes through open pastures, historic house ruins, and forest, with some exposed sections along the way.
Two-thirds of the path follows the water pipeline supplying the hydroelectric power station at the bottom.
MTB: Not a particularly very interesting ride. While there are nice forest sections, this functions more as a nose-turn practice trail. Technically blue terrain, but the switchbacks increase the difficulty rating to red.
