Fin og variert sti med flere utfordringer. Stien starter flatt fra Røde Kors hytta, passerer et greit stein parti og følger traktorspor ett godt stykke ned. Nedenfor første kryss med skilting forlater stien traktorveien, hold høre, deretter passerer stien en hyttevei, litt vanskelig å spotte stien i lyngen. Videre ned går stien mot venstre og inn i granskogen. Dette er det tekniske partiet med mosegrodde steiner og mye røtter som blir glatt og sleipe i fuktig vær.

Nice and varied trail with several challenges. The path starts flat from the Røde Kors cabin, passes a good rocky section and follows tractor tracks for a good distance down. Below the first signposted junction, the path leaves the tractor road, keep listening, then the path passes a cabin road, a bit difficult to spot the path in the heather. Further down, the path goes to the left and into the spruce forest. This is the technical section with moss-grown stones and lots of roots that become slippery and slippery in damp weather.
