Royal View is a multi-use trail that runs between the north end of Gordon Dr. and Knox Mountain Park, also providing access to the Old Glenmore neighbourhood. It is popular with both cyclists and walkers/ joggers as an alternative to using Royal View Dr. or the sidewalk. At about the halfway point there is a short detour up to the sidewalk and back down due to a fenced off landslide area. Be mindful of the steep section at the SE end, just up from Gordon Dr., that can have washed out and loose surface conditions. Overall this trail has an Easy/ Green rating, however the SE end should be considered Intermediate/ Blue due to the steep grade.
