A cruise thru a portion of clear cut, then into a lower lying area with some dirt causeways thru the grass. Into a second growth forest and between some lovely large fir trees. The final portion is thru an old logging camp area, with an abandoned engine, before exiting back onto the Elk River Main. The trail is narrow & twisting.
Westbound, the trail begins off of the end of the "Covid 19" trail. Eastbound, look for the entrance on the north side of the "Elk River Main" (logging road) just to the west of the junction of the road leading to "Long Time Running".
This trail is unsanctioned.
