The loop shown is approximately 1km. This part of the loop is very wide and easy. As you go further along the other loops shown on the sign, it becomes more narrow with some rocky and wet sections.
The sign at the trailhead shows the complete loop of 15km with bypasses in order to choose a trail length that's right for you.
Bob Stirling Trail System begins at the trailhead in the North West corner of the Spine Beach parking lot off of Spine Rd.
