A difficult climb with some tight turns around trees and you have to hop up some steps. Few rock gardens with switchbacks before the climb to the top.

No fun, to be honest. Lots of steps in the beginning, lots of big loose rocks. Narrow, rocky blind turns. Downhill is steep

It's much more fun down than up, but still not good.

I agree, this trail is totally no fun to climb, but the Red Butte DH through all the red rock and water bars is so much fun

As has been said it's a miserable uphill, but worth the descent! Earns the black diamond rating... I would suggest coming down this trail rather than the Red Butte DH. Similar trail, but longer and easier to really enjoy than the Red Butte DH.
