Slide 1 is the first of four steep, narrow chutes located on the East end of the Riverwood trail system, and one of few lines in the area deserving of a double-black rating. There is a fairly small but mandatory drop in the middle of the trail. Features such as large roots, narrow tree gaps, and dry eroded dirt add to the challenge.

Access Info

About 30m East of Slide 1 is a stone stairway that can be used to access the trail. Alternatively, hike directly up the slide.
