Snake Bite starts out with a long section of high speed chunky slickrock, drops, rock gardens and drops then finishes off with a fast flow section. The flow section includes several gap and table top jumps with flowing berm sections.
Snake Bite forks off of the Cairn-age trail and then merges back on at the bottom.
