Wide, smooth, easy, one-way trail that meanders through the high desert sagebrush south from the Trailhead to the scrub oak covered hills south of the trailhead and just east of Highway 40. Packed clay soils, very few rocky sections. Use this trail to access and do counter-clockwise laps on the Bikes-Only DH trails Cousin Eddie and Family Truckster.
The section on the lower terrain is all at least 42” wide with easy switchbacks and no off-camber sections. The downhill portion seems narrower than it is because it's overgrown.
