St. Flow is a DH only trail in the middle of the Beginner Flow Zone of River Bluffs Trails Park. It begins at the Flow Zone hub on the Crushed Limestone Trail to the right of Space Jam. Some small banked turns lead to a sweeping left hand turn where the start of Dirt Church branches off to the right. Keep turning left down the hill for St. Flow's fun.

The trail does have several places for riders to test their jumping skills. But everything is completely rollabe for those just starting out. There are some spots that the trail rises slightly but momentum carries riders effortlessly over them. Experienced riders will appreciate the design of the jumps as the builders incorporated landing areas for those riding at higher speeds.

An uphill section allows riders to reduce speed before a diving berm to the right that is followed by another diving berm to the left. On the exit of the second berm, take a quick peek to the right to check for merging riders from Dirt Church. The trail crosses to the other side of the drainage as the exit of Space Jam comes into view on the left. The trails merge together on the backside of a natural feature that one really must see in person to understand. Words simply can't explain it.

There is a short runout to where the Beginner Flow Zone Return Climb (uphill only) goes to the left. Here, riders can merge onto B-Line and continue downhill or climb back up and ride St. Flow again or try another trail.
