The Stimpson Family Nature Reserve contains two trails: a main loop of 2.9 miles, and the Geneva Pond trail, which is a 1.2 mile lollipop trail that starts about .4 miles from the main trailhead. Trail signs imply a clockwise direction but you can go either way. The trail is a well-defined singletrack that generally consists of rolling climbs and descents, but (assuming CW) it has a sustained climb for about a mile after the Geneva Pond turnoff. This is an excellent hiking or trail running trail that is often dry when Galbraith is still muddy.
Public trailhead with about 25 parking spots along Lake Louise Rd. Privy at trailhead.
