      The full Stormsdown loop is definitely one to add to your riding bucket list! Pick the right weather and you will have the most amazing views with the white trail, snaking off in the distance. Be prepared for a decent pedal as the climb is physically challenging and the descent off the top is a proper black (but you can always walk the hard bits), so take your time, pack plenty of snack and enjoy the ride.

      Absolutely epic experience. Took us 5.5 hours. Bring a snack bag and some water. There’s a few spots to fill up on water. Bit of a wounding pedal home but the green down is mint.

      Wow, just wow. Even though it’s a challenge getting up the climb, I was just in awe of what the trail builders had made in such a remote location. Switchback climbing gives way to techy climbing through boulders, great fun but challenging on tired legs.

      That descent though is something to savour. It’s really amazing what they crafted with just the right amount of challenge. One of the best in Tassie for sure.
