Starting with some flowy turns through the trees before turning for a short climb. There's some tricky off camber roots as you gather speed again downhill through some rocky sections, then a slightly steep blown out section for about 40 m will keep you on your toes. After that it turns into some switchbacks before entering the newly built section (2020).

The extension was designed and built by Northside Trail Care Alliance in partnership with Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service. Trailworx where contracted to create the upper sections with flowy trail featuring some drops and small jumps. The lower section of the extension is volunteer built in the xc style and brings riders further down the valley towards the central skills park area.

Rated as Black due to the drop off next to rocky descents and off camber sections of track.
