 Mostly good, still muddy at bottom of valley but no standing water, definitely ridable.

 Lower portion of the singletrack section is a small pond, upper section along the main trail very thick mud had to walk back uphill

      Like to do this as an out and back skipping the for road. Fun rollers on way out, the a short steep uphill. Was back the down hill is loose with some rollers. Half way make the right and go a half mile out n back to extend.

      Fun steep and loose if you take the clockwise direction. I prefer counterclockwise but then have to hike the steeps.
