mtb It's sandy and loose in some parts, and there are some decent ruts in other parts. It's perfectly fine for hiking, but bikers should be a little wary on the descent. Dryview

ebike Quite a bit of Sycamore (before the turn uphill) has become an overgrown single track. Not impassable, but mustard at least 9’ high, and very close to the knuckles. After making the turn, not as overgrown, but a lot of deep ruts. Variableview
