It's temporary until we know what we can do other than use the road. The wildcard in this is the owner of the property adjacent. Since posting this temporary trail, that landowner (the adjacent owner) has submitted and gotten approved a full development plan for the area. We are working with them to know what we can do long term for the trails in that lower section. Does that make "SENSE"?

How "TEMPORARY" is this trail? The fence that was erected looks rather "PERMNET" to me. Anyone know anything regarding this "TEMPORARY" condition?
