Steep and very challenging descent from the Dun hill to bottom through plantation forest. There are berms, drops, very steep sections, one large gap jump, and several other jumps. Originally well built but now disused and slightly overgrown. Beware of awkward deer fence at bottom of trail.
Follow A826 up the hill from Aberfeldy, 50m past entrance to Moness follow the track going up on the right past Croftness. Follow signs for the Dun, leading you up track past ruined cottage. This path is not the mos obvious but is signposted, after cottage go through gate into forest and follow path up until you reach the top of the Dun hill. On the north side of the clearing there is the trail going down. Can be difficult to spot and easy to miss. Nice views from top of hill
