An intermediate level flow style cross country mountain bike trail that takes riders from the peak of Brockway Mountain all the way back to the edge of town. Riders are treated to long fast sections of single-track trail, linked with berms in the corners and lots of amazing views out across Lake Superior.

Flow passes beneath the Overflow gap jump and links in with the intermediate level jump line Daisy Dukes near the bottom third of the trail.

Although The Flow is a two-way trail, there is a dedicated climbing trail (Berry Picker) that avoids the lower 2/3 of this trail where the majority of the switchbacks and narrow trail is located. If you are looking to get up to the top of Brockway Mountain quickly, please consider using Berry Picker instead of the Flow You'll have a much better time and will reduce your chances of being hit by speeding downhill riders who do not respect the rule about uphill riders having the right-of-way.
