Berry Picker is a dedicated climbing trail for bikes and two-way hiking trail on Brockway Mountain. Paralleling the road for much of its length, the trail traverses the hillside from the bottom of The Flow to about 2/3 of the way up the hill. This creates a safe route for climbing mountain bikers, allowing them to skip the narrow switchback portions of The Flow where the chance of two-way collisions is higher.
Berry Picker has a moderately gentle trail grade. Although punchy in a few spots, overall it's an easy climb to spin your way to the top. Spurs lead to the top and bottom of Daisy Dukes and the Nose of Brockway Overlook.
Hikers are welcome to enjoy this trail in either direction due to the low speeds of climbing mountain bikers. Enjoy the views from the top
The start of the trail is just after the entrance to The Flow on M-26. It reaches the upper portions of The Flow at a nondescript location about 2/3 of the way up.
Temporary wayfinding signs are in place for now but will be upgraded soon.
