The hill out of the geothermal plant is steep and challenging but what awaits you after that makes it all worth it. Great ride.

Went 60%, had to turn around becouse of snow on a very steep hill and I didn't like sliding down if I would loose my feet. I will try again in August when the snow has cleared.
ICEBIKE
The name of this trail is actually wrong ! The Steamer is the trail in Reykjadalur valley where there is allot of Steaming and bubbling mudpools.. so If you see a video from steamer trail it is not from this trail at all. this one is a Hika bike AM. vs the Steamer is becoming a man made trail wide track...
