Climb difficult, but ride down is quite fun. Lots of hairpin turns, narrow path. View is very rewarding. Look out for steep turns going down and up, and look out for hikers as this is a multi-use trail. I wouldn't recommend riding up unless you are proficient in riding uphill and are confident in your strength as a biker.
You can either park at the trail entrance at Crafton Hills College or park at the bottom of the trail on Chapman Heights.
