Norsk

English
Starts quite easily from Skansehytta(cabin) than from Tower
The trail starts quite easily from the Skansehytta, after a short and easy path you reach the technical terrain that goes up and down, but mostly down,
and bottom toward the marsh, it's quite technical terrain, and then it goes over with Boardwalk of the marsh, then it goes up steeper and steeper slope,
but the most technical of the parties comes when approaching the marsh
then it goes over with ladder bridge of the marsh, then it goes up steeper and steeper slope,
then you turn to the right and then you come to a mountain, which is very technical, to get up should you ride a bike to the left and then ride a bike to the right up the mountain, then you have to change direction by hopping
then you can ride a bike, after this technical party it becomes easier and smarter to get on
but when you get to a trail fork, quite close to the tower it becomes a bit more difficult again, the trail continues to the right and between 2 mountain walls, and ends between a rock wall section and a trail.
