Two Lick Trail #456 and Two Lick Bottom #457 are looping trails located adjacent to Pocahontas Campground. Directly behind the trailhead kiosk, you will cross over a footbridge that leads to the intersection where the trail splits into two loops. Two Lick Trail #456 veers to the left from this intersection and gradually climbs the ridge encircling the drainage. This trail is just over 4 miles long. The path on the right leads to Two Lick Bottom Trail # 457, following and crossing Two Lick Run several times. This is the shorter of the loops, at only 0.8 miles. Both trails bring you through the oak-hickory forest, although there are many sections of pine and hemlock on the ridges and bottomlands.
