The trail is two-way. Riding from north-to-south has slightly better descending.
This trail is easy, smooth, and scenic. It's great for beginners but can be fun for faster advanced riders as well.
The upper 2/3 of this trail is relatively flat, with small rolling terrain. As you make your way to the lower reaches, the trail offers some very fast rollers as the descent steepens.
