This section of the Ghost Flats trail is pretty loose in spots and has some very steep sections. This is a multi-use trail open to horses and motorcycles. That said there are several crusier sections through some trees which are some what tight but easy to pedal. On my first go at this I had to hike a bike in 4 small sections but the bulk of it I could ride up. Going down I could ride the entire thing. The trail is not as wide as the lower section and there were numerous spots of low hanging and encroaching foliage.
Take either Lightning Switch or Lower Ghost flats to reach this trail.
