East side trail that connects to the South Ridge above the Whoops trail. If this is not the correct name, please edit.
Trail tread is loose, way looser than any trail should be. Imagine corn kernels laying on a baking pan, tipped on a 25% grade.
Enjoy
From the Summit; take the trail that starts North of the Northern most tower and heads North-East. Take a sharp right before the trail reaches the powerline. Or If climbing; from the Whoops trail, turn up the South Ridge trail and do a few switchabcks, then turn North-East about halfway on the flat bench/field before the trail goes straight-up, the trail will now be on the east facing side of the mountain.
This trail is unsanctioned.
