mtb Trail is generally in worse shape than it’s been the last few years due to heavy erosion from rain and runoff and could use some maintenance love, but still a great ride. It rides best about 12 hours after rain (granite sand doesn’t retain water or get muddy) and gets sandy and loose on hot days otherwise. Idealview

mtb Overall it is running great and the wildflowers are really starting to pop! Watch out for wet and slippery roots on the Columbine Gulch descent. Some running water in sandy seeps along the West-side double-track from creek to trailhead. Variableview
