Start of by following the edge of Alexander Park to the South West to a short pinch climb to high point of trail. Short fast rocky downhill that's over before you know it. Return up the hill via the steep rutted and rocky Gutbuster 4X4 track.

Or don't, because it's boring and overgrown. There's way more fun to be had nearby.
