Counterclockwise is the recommended direction but it's a fun ride either direction. It's more green than blue. The character of this trails changes several times as you ride, open sagebrush country, Gamble Oak groves, Maple and aspen forest and finally a barren rock shelf. It has some fun, twisty bermed corner sections and a jump or two. It is uphill to the back of the canyon either way you go around with 400 ft of vertical gain. It’s 4 miles round trip from the parking lot but if you take the Leghorn Cutoff it is only 3 miles.
This trail is on private property. Please respect the signs, the trail and the land so it remains open to everyone.
