mtb Tough climb from the Gateway TH side, but a wonderful descent. Dry and lots of loose rocks but not the deep sand of other places. Very Dryview

mtb Trail work in progress. Quality grade reversals & water bars making a substantial improvement to the trial. Bell & Windgate Passes have also had major proper trail work done for bikes. A little rain and some tire tracks on Prospector and it will be riding great! Dryview

ebike Wingate pass has recently been groomed. I haven't ridden this in some time but it seems to be in much better condition than I remember. The recent trail work has left some areas loose but it should be great in a couple weeks. Still a hike a bike in a lot of places going west to east. East to West is much more ridable. Dryview

mtb Hiking the trail this morning. Agree with the comment about a lot of hiking if you’re heading east. Almost all uphill. Most mountain bikers are also hiking Dryview

mtb Lots of climbing if going west to east. Some of it might be hike-a-bike for unskilled climbers. Occasional hiker and other mountain bikers. Very dry, plenty of loose rocks as usual for desert riding. Very Dryview
