 I've been a customer of trailhead's since it's opening about 6 years ago. I travel many places to ride and like to check out local shops when I do...I'm also quite familiar with the many shops here in the bay area. Trailhead is an excellent shop with a unique mix of people who actually know what they're talking about but have zero attitude. You'd be hard-pressed to find a better shop anywhere...and you certainly won't in the bay area.

 Great place. The people are super friendly and helpful. They will always help you find what you want. Definitely best bike shop around here.

 Great place and they basically have everything to empty out your bank account! Check in on yelp and they'll give you a free tube. Great service and most of the manufacturers are close by in Santa Cruz.

 cannot stress how terrific this shop is - infinite knowledge, zero attitude, friendly, helpful, etc etc.
