​Levels

​Cruise Control — You're newer to mountain biking or just want a chill, fun race experience. You're comfortable on blue trails and want to dip your toes in without going full send. 1 timed stage.

​Stage 1: Heads Up

​Hot Laps — You've got some trail time under your belt and want to push it a little. 2 timed stages.

​Stage 1: Heads Up

​Stage 2: Sofa King

​Feral — You love going fast and you're here to compete. Ready to send it! 3 timed stages.

​Not sure which level is right for you? Pick the one that sounds fun, there are no wrong answers here!

​Youth riders and e-bikes may sign up for any level they feel is appropriate.

​Schedule

​9:00am - 9:30am — Racer sign-in & plate collection at Hartland upper parking lot

​9:30am - 10:00am — Pre-race briefing & race start

​10:00am - 1:00pm — RACE

​11:00pm–2:00pm — Après celebration/ podiums in upper parking lot!

​​What is a tenner?

​A tenner is a $10 community focused multi-stage Enduro Race! This is an awesome race series to get introduced to racing, meet fellow community members, and ride some of the south island's best trails!

​Tenner race entry fee covers your racing cost, and includes après race food (veggie and non-veggie options)

​Tenner registration requires an active SIMBS membership - you can check your membership status or sign up for a membership here

​​What is an enduro race?

​Riders will compete in their level's stages for an enduro style timed race.

​Time will be counted during each downhill stage, and the cumulative time from their stages will be added to determine the race winner.

​Climbing portions will not be timed and not counted towards cumulative timing!
