The dirt/sand was near perfect, just starting to be on the dry side, but plenty firm and grippy. Kudos to the trail crew as most sections are well marked and maintained. I have to mention the "baby head" sections in Outter Limits...the rocks are plentiful and some are as big as Andre The Giant, or bigger. And it goes on for the first third ti half of that loop. A couple corners have moist dirt, but not muddy. Not even enough to stick in the knobbies of your tire. I’d call it hero dirt (hero sand♂️). If you love the trail and your bike it’s a bit dodgy. Wheels kept rolling and it was only spotty. Give it another week of no moisture and the conditions will be good.
