        The Phases is a newly "refreshed" riding area with significant mileage of purpose re-built trails with features and flow. This area is the first area in the Winter Park/Grand County area to melt and be ride-able each Spring. It is primarily on BLM land but shares the NE border with USFS. Additional trails extend into USFS that will hopefully be added to the system in the near future.
